Auditing services comprises of Internal Audit Services and External Audit Services.

INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Audit program conducted to assist companies in the internal assessment of their own food safety system and/or quality management system.

SUB-CONTRACTED AUDIT SERVICES

Audit program conducted on behalf of professional bodies, parent companies, retail, hotel and service industries to assess on the food safety system and/or quality management system of other companies, suppliers or chain of affiliated companies.

EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Audit program conducted on behalf of third party certification bodies to assess on the food safety system and/or quality management systems of companies.

 


HACCP AUDIT

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is an internationally accepted system for preventing microbiological, chemical and physical contamination along the food supply chain, designed to provide increased control and monitoring during the critical stages of the food processing chain. The Joint FAO/ WHO Codex Alimentarius Commission describes a series of steps, including the 7 HACCP principles, giving guidance for the application of the HACCP system. The HACCP system covers all the stages from the receiving of raw materials to the final delivery of finished products. 

The HACCP audit program includes an independent assessment of a company's HACCP system in relation to HACCP requirements and food safety legislations. The audit will provide constant monitoring of the HACCP system and help companies to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.

GMP AUDIT

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is defined as “That part of Quality Assurance which ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled to the quality standards appropriate to their intended use.” A GMP system covers the design, manufacture, packaging, labeling, storage, delivery, installation, and servicing of finished products. 

The GMP audit program includes an independent assessment of a company's GMP system in relation to GMP requirements and related legislations. The audit will provide constant monitoring of the GMP system and help companies to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.

BRC AUDIT

The British Retail Consortium (BRC) standard has been developed to assist retailers in their fulfillment of legislative requirements and the protection of the consumer. This standard is a technical standard and protocol for companies supplying retail branded food products and it comprehensively covers quality, hygiene and product safety.

A single verification commissioned by the manufacturer or supplier will allow both manufacturers and suppliers to report upon their status to food retailers and other organizations.

The BRC audit program includes an independent assessment of a company's BRC system in relation to BRC requirements and food safety legislations. The audit will provide constant monitoring of the BRC system and help companies to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.

ISO 22000 AUDIT

The ISO 22000 is an International standard which further defines HACCP's role in a food safety management system. The standard specifies the requirements for a food safety management system that combines the recognized key elements to ensure food safety along the food chain, up to the point of final consumption. 

The ISO 22000 audit program includes an independent assessment of a company's food safety management system in relation to ISO 22000 requirements and food safety legislations. The audit will provide constant monitoring of the ISO 22000 system and help companies to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.

FSSC 22000 AUDIT

The FSSC 22000 is fully recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and further defines the ISO 22000 food safety management system. FSSC 22000 system combines the requirements for a food safety management system in ISO 22000 and pre-requisite programs in ISO Technical Standards, to ensure food safety along the food chain, up to the point of final consumption.

The FSSC 22000 audit program includes an independent assessment of a company's food safety management system in relation to FSSC 22000 requirements and food safety legislations. The audit will provide constant monitoring of the FSSC 22000 system and help companies to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.

ISO 9001 AUDIT

With ISO 9001 as a quality management system, companies will make clients more confident of their product and service quality and this is necessary for companies to maintain and increase market share. 

The ISO 9001 audit program includes an independent assessment of a company's quality management system in relation to ISO 9001 requirements and related legislations. The audit will provide constant monitoring of the ISO 9001 system and help companies to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.

INTERNAL AUDIT

The Internal Audit program is conducted to assist companies in the internal assessment of their own food safety system and/or quality management system in relation to the standard requirements of the particular system(s), related legislations and/or in-house requirements.  

The audit will provide systematic and constant monitoring of the company's existing system, and help companies to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.

FOOD HYGIENE AUDIT

The purpose of the Hygiene Audit program, is to conduct regular independent third party hygiene audit and/or microbiological analyzing of food samples, water samples and swab samples on a random basis.

The Hygiene Audit program could be done upon client’s request (random basis) and it includes:

  • Unannounced hygiene audits
  • Swabbing and food testing
  • On-the-job training and advice
  • Reports and graphs allowing easy digestion of trends and information 

The audit will allow management monitoring and the implementation of incentive/award program. It will also help companies to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.

SUPPLIER AUDIT

The Supplier Audit program is conducted for companies who out-source the assessment of suppliers to independent external party. The audit program can be customized to companies’ in-house requirements. 

The audit will provide companies with an independent and constant monitoring of their suppliers and help suppliers to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.

The audit will allow management monitoring and the implementation of incentive/award program. It will also help companies to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.

 


MYSTERY AUDIT

The Mystery Audit program is conducted for companies who out-source the assessment of quality, service and delivery of in-house practices to independent external party. The audit program can be customized to companies’ in-house requirements. 

The audit will provide an independent and constant examination of the 'real' internal practices. It will help to evaluate the conformity of the practices in relation to standard requirements or in-house requirements and help companies to achieve consistency as well as continual improvement.
